This Project will furnish all labor and materials necessary and required for the installation of scaffolding and heavy duty sidewalk bridge citywide for a five year term. Late Bids will NOT be accepted. There will be a virtual optional pre-Bid conference via Microsoft Teams. This project is subject to HireNYC and M/WBE Local Law 1. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“CSB”) is being released through PASSPort – New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
