Description

This Project consists of full roofing replacement with incidental asbestos abatement work; and limited related masonry work. A new, insulated roofing system meeting current energy efficiency standards will be installed. The work includes full rip up of the existing BUR-type roofing at four different roof levels, installation of an SBS membrane roofing with all new sheet metal items. The limited related masonry work includes replacing a section of a roof parapet wall; lifting and reinstalling existing precast copings to allow installation of new copper coping flashings; and selectively replacing brick, tile and ashlar stonework.
