Description

81623B0003-81623ME001 - Elevator Maintenance and Repair service The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (“OCME”) is seeking specific bids from qualified contractors to furnish all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full-service Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services to (4) facilities and locations owned and/or operated by the OCME. Bid documents are only available electronically. Paper documents are not available for distribution. To submit a bid, you must create a PASSPort account via the PASSPort Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/passport-user-materials.page. No Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for this bid. Bidders are urged to personally examine the sites prior to submitting bids. Site visits are optional, but strongly recommended.
