Description

The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to perform Construction Management services for the rehabilitation of DSNY's Bronx Community District 12 Garage Facility and associated swing space. In addition to the building rehabilitation, DSNY requires construction management and coordination of construction scope related to the Flood Mitigation and Repair effort funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This work shall take place simultaneously with general building rehabilitation. The Citywide Bidders list used will pertain to General Construction Management, Scheduling and Cost Estimation Services.
