Description

The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) Is hereby inviting your firm to respond to the referenced solicitation and submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in this invitation package. The solicitation is to obtain Environmental and Regulatory Compliance Services in Connection with Hazardous Materials Consulting. The SCA anticipates awarding up to four (4) requirements-type contracts (services to be ordered by the SCA on an “as required” basis) in the Not-To-Exceed (NTE) amount of up to Six Million ($6,000,000) Dollars each. Contracts will be awarded based on the results of the Selection Committee's rankings. The term of each contract shall be three (3) years with no option to renew.
