In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Renovation, Operation, and Maintenance of two gas service stations and two food service stations, located on Hutchinson River Parkway in the Borough of the Bronx. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Tuesday, June 06, 2023, at 12:00pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, Gas Service stations and food service stations (Block #4816 & Lot #32), which is located at the Hutchinson River Parkway (Northbound and Southbound), near the Westchester Avenue Exit, Bronx. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, June 30, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
