IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and CoherentRx, Inc., located at 5381 Deep Wood Road, Bloomfield Township, MI 48302, providing for the following software for Nurse Shift and Patient appointment scheduling: Appointment Scheduling Genius solution, Telehealth Genius solution, and the Shift Scheduling Genius solution. CoherentRx, Inc. maintains all legal rights and privileges for these products, which have been specially customized for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (specifically tailored to the Bureau of Public Health Clinic's needs), Citywide. The contract amount will be $1,294,685.78. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026, with no option to renew. E-PIN #: 81623S0011001.
The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
