Description

VAC-23, issued by the Field Operations Division of the Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations (BWSO) of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), addresses the requirements of 1) the services of a Mobile Vactor-Jet Flusher Machine (VAC), Operating Engineer and Laborer in all five (5) Boroughs of the City of New York, on an as needed basis, to clean storm, sanitary and combined sewers, catch basins and associated chute connections, and other ancillary sewer or water main infrastructure chambers, to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and 2) the disposal of Deposits at a Landfill.
