Description

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development ("HPD") is responsible to seal vacant and unguarded buildings for public safety. HPD has neither sufficient staff with the requisite expertise, nor the equipment necessary to perform this type of work. Qualified bidders must have three years' experience performing this type of work. Prospective bidders are encouraged to engage with this procurement, access solicitation documents and submit bids through PASSPort (https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public).
