Description

This Project consists of an upgrade to the non-functioning fire alarm system at the 77th Police Precinct Annex. The scope of the project includes the design of the fire alarm system and changing the building from an “atrium” condition with 3 contiguous floors to a non-atrium condition by adding a fire rated partition at the 2nd floor level. The scope of work includes: a new fire alarm system, smoke purge, a new AC unit, modifications to the sprinkler system, installation of a fire rated stair enclosure and all associated architectural work to accommodate these systems.
