Description

The intent of this procurement is to engage a Consultant to study, analyze, and report back to DEP on at least 5 possible relocations or restacking scenarios for DEP bureaus currently operating at its headquarters in Flushing, New York to relocate/restack to new site(s) within the 5 boroughs. The Consultant will then present the DEP’s Commissioner with relocation options for the Agency to determine the best location that would be an ideal place of work and demonstrate DEP’s commitment to its mission and culture.
