Description

The City of New York (“City”), acting by and through the Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI), is seeking outside counsel to provide certain legal services for current/anticipated litigation, in support of its cybersecurity and data privacy program. The contract will be for a term of three (3) years, with two (2) renewal options of up to two (2) years each. Pursuant to the Negotiated Acquisition method, Section 3-04(b)(2)(i) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, a solicitation will be provided to a limited number of vendors.
