Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 82623P0011 into the Keywords search field. Anyone requiring assistance from the MOCS Service Desk should use their inquiry Submission Form: https://mocssupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/8/group/29/create/157. Design Services for Upstate BWS JOCs Program to provide as needed services for projects managed by the Agency’s Bureau of Water Supply (BWS). Services shall be required primarily to support BWS’s Job Order Contracting (JOC) program.
