The New York City (the “City”) Department of Design and Construction (“DDC” or the “Department”) is in the process of establishing apre-qualified list (“PQL”) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to performgeneral construction work on various capital construction projects. It is anticipated that the estimated construction cost for these projectswould be greater than $10,000,000.
