The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for Supply, Install and Maintain a Self-Contained Compactor/Container (20 Cubic Yard) for Wet Waste Pick-Up Services Three Times Weekly at 30th Street Men’s Shelter (PIN 22BSEDM05301/ EPIN 07123B0001)

Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to Local Law 1, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Requirements and Prevailing Wage Rates. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page, and click on the “Procurement Navigator” blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system.
