Description

The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for Supply, Install and Maintain a Self-Contained Compactor/Container (20 Cubic Yard) for Wet Waste Pick-Up Services Three Times Weekly at 30th Street Men’s Shelter (PIN 22BSEDM05301/ EPIN 07123B0001)

Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to Local Law 1, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Requirements and Prevailing Wage Rates. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
