Due to time constraint the services cannot be timely procured through competitive sealed bidding or competitive sealed proposals. DoITT/OTI is utilizing the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement source method.
Description

The existing contract expired on 9/30/2022. In order to provide continued service, DoITT/OTI intends to use the Negotiated Acquisition Extension method to award a contract to incumbent vendor (Universal Management Technology Solutions Inc.) for provision of the uninterupted Software Asset Management Solution.
