Description

This contract seeks support for the Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations (BWSO) to site, design and construct Bluebelt Best Management Practices (BMP) throughout the five boroughs of New York City. The primary goal of a Bluebelt BMP is flood reduction. A secondary goal is to try to preserve and/or re-establish some of the natural drainage features of the landscape. This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
