The current contract with the incumbent vendor, GCOM Software expires on September 30, 2022. The FDNY facilitated a new solicitation for the Provision of Maintenance of the Coordinated Building Inspection Data Analysis “CBIDAS”) Program and new system for the bureaus of Fire Prevention and Revenue Management but due to processing delays, an award will not be made prior to the expiration of the current contract. However, FDNY anticipates that the new contract will be awarded prior to the expiration of the subject Negotiated Acquisition Extension. FDNY certifies that the performance of GCOM Software LLC has been satisfactory and they have met all of the requirements of the current contract.
Description

The Fire Department is seeking to continue the services with GCOM to continue the Maintenance of the Coordinated Building Inspection Data Analysis (“CBIDAS”)  Program and new system for the bureaus of Fire Prevention and Revenue Management.
