Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the Department of Citywide Administrative Services of the City of New York and Atlantic Rolling Steel Door Corp., located at 10 Kimball Place, Mount Vernon, NY 10550, for the provision of Labor, Materials and Repair Services of overhead doors and sliding gates for DCAS FM Buildings, to be provided at various facilities throughout the five Boroughs. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract is $199,999.00. The term of the contract is from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2024.  E-PIN #: 85622W0058001A001.

 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method (“NCSP”), pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
