BWT-1573-CBSINS: The Work under this Contract is to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for the cleaning and inspection of chemical bulk storage (CBS) tank systems and the as needed review of spill prevention reports (SPRs) at various Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations and associated Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) facilities. The term “tank system” means the tank as registered in the CBS registration certificate and the associated piping up to and including the metering pumps. DEP reserves the right to remove or add tanks from this Contract. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
