Qualified vendor(s) or consortium of qualified vendors to deliver, in coordination with SBS, one-on-one, on-site resiliency assessments to small businesses and commercial property owners at risk of flooding, and complementary services to enhance the City’s Business Preparedness and Resiliency Program as well as support the administration of corresponding grants. Business PREP helps small businesses better prepare for emergencies and enhance the resiliency of their operations, assets, and physical space.
Procurement Timeline: The Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. No pre-proposal conference will be held for this RFP. The proposal due date will be approximately five (5) weeks after the release of the RFP.

Use of PASSPort: PASSPort is a web-based system maintained by the City of New York to manage procurement. To submit a proposal to the RFP, all vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system. Please visit www.nyc.gov/passport and create an account or to log into the system to view the RFP. To respond to the RFP, organizations must have a PASSPort account. Proposals will ONLY be accepted through PASSPort.
To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
