NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held via a WebEx conference call on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 commencing at 10:00 a.m. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF twenty-one (21) proposed contracts between the Administration for Children’s Services and the contractors listed below for the provision of Family Foster Care services.  The term of the proposed contracts will be from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026, with two 3-year renewal options at ACS’ discretion. The proposed contractors have been selected by means of the Competitive Sealed Proposal procurement method pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
