Description

Brooklyn Bridge Park is seeking proposals from highly qualified operators who wish to install and operate a seasonal ice skating concession of premium quality in terms of both experience and offerings at Emily Warren Roebling Plaza in Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The Emily Warren Roebling Plaza Ice Skating Rink offers a unique opportunity to cater to a wide variety of skaters from its premier location under the Brooklyn Bridge. The EWR Plaza is located near the Pier 1 entrance to the Park, proximate to the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and Empire Stores and adjacent to some of Brooklyn’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods: Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO. The Rink concessionaire will be responsible for assembling the temporary rink, operating the rink from November through mid March and disassembling the Rink. The concessionaire will be responsible for ticketing, maintenance, renting skating equipment, programming, programming, daily maintenance, and renting skating equipment. The concessionaire may also provide food and beverage options for customers.
