Description

The vendor will perform preventive maintenance, modernizations, and repair of elevators and wheelchair lifts in DOHMH owned or operated buildings throughout the five boroughs of the City of New York. 
 
The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the elevator and wheelchair lift systems provide safe, efficient, and reliable service to the occupants of the DOHMH buildings.
