Description

20+ User license subscription for TeamMate+ Audit system DOHMH shall purchase a Subscription for each Authorized User and shall not permit any person other than an Authorized User to use or access the Application. WKFS grants to Customer a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to access and use, and to permit Authorized Users to access and use, the Application solely for Customer’s internal use and the purpose of performing internal auditing or compliance management services for Customer, without any further right to access or use the Application in any manner.
