Description

The vendor Tyler Technologies Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide maintenance and support  services for iasWorld. The iasWorld services supports the City’s Payment Tax System (PTS). The service provided will  include unlimited distribution of modifications, customizations, or other revision to the Licensed Software such as upgrades, updates, enhancements, including any modifications that fix errors (also known as “patches” or “service packs”). Such modifications will be distributed to the City on a system readable media (e.g., tape, CD-ROM, cloud or FTP site), and also includes any similar modifications, customizations, enhancements or other changes to the iasWorld code and iasWorld reports written as requested by the City.
