The New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) provides temporary shelter for homeless families and single adults at more than 200 directly operated and contracted facilities throughout New York City. The Division of Expense and Capital Contracts Facilities and logistics is requesting a solicitation for On Call General Construction Related Services on an “As Needed Basis”, Citywide for 36 Months with One (2) Year Renewal options. These services are required to perform general repairs, new construction work, and replacement of parts on As Needed Basis. The following projects anticipated to be covered under these services are Façade Work at 100 Central Avenue, Façade Work at 357 Marcus Garvey Blvd, Façade Work at 2155 Dean Street, Fire Stopping at 357 Marcus Garvey Blvd, Trenching and Electrical Work for Fence and Lighting at 111 Sunken Garden Loop. The proposed contract term is February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2025.
