Description

This project serves to renovate the ~4000 SF community center space and resolve all related existing code issues. Renovation will include, but is not limited to, the following items: accessible bathrooms; renovated accessible kitchen; new standalone fire alarm system; comprehensive lighting upgrade include new fixtures, controls exit light battery packs and emergency lights; electrical upgrades; new security system; required HVAC upgrades.
