Description

Job Order Contracting Services (JOCS) Plumbing Contract to perform plumbing trade work that the Department of Correction anticipates it will need during the contract term. All Job Orders issued during any term of this Contract shall remain valid and in effect after the expiration of the Base Term and any Renewal Term. Work on Job Orders issued during the term of this Contract may be performed, payments may be made, and the guarantee period may continue, after such period has expired. All terms and conditions of the Contract apply to each Job Order.
