DYCD determined it is in the best interest of the City to enter into negotiations with the vendor who is currently serving meals to our Community Centers to allow for no disruption in services. The current vendor has systems in place to accommodate DYCD's need and is familiar with the routes need to make the necessary deliveries.
Description

Through the Child Adult Care Food grant DYCD is responsible for administering pre-packaged meals to community centers located in the New York City Housing Authority throughout the five boroughs of New York City. DYCD is in need of securing a contract with a food vendor for the remainder of fiscal year 2023 while a new solicitation is developed.
