Description

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rules, Section 3-05, the Bronx County District Attorney intends to enter into a sole source agreement with SynTech Corporation for the Advance Digital Audio Collection System (ADACS), a CALEA-Compliant Surveillance System. This CALEA-compliant wiretap system provide law enforcement and intelligence agencies with the ability to collect, monitor, record and analyze switch-based voice, video, and data transmissions.

Any qualified vendor that wishes to express interest in providing such product and believes that at present or in the future it can also provide these hardware, software, and services is invited to do so by submitting an expression of interest which must be received no later than March 27th, 2023 at 5:00pm to Darryl Rodney (RodneyD@bronxda.nyc.gov), Jonathan Demera (DemeraJ@bronxda.nyc.gov), and Sony Varughese (VarugheseS@Bronxda.nyc.gov).
