Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to utilize the negotiated acquisition procurement method to enter into contract negotiation with Woods Services, Inc., for the provision of Extraordinary Needs Foster Care (ENFC) services. Woods Services’ headquarters is located at 40 Martin Gross Drive, P.O. Box 36, Langhorne, NY 19047. This program will provide ENFC services for foster youth currently in ACS’s care from August 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026. The EPIN for this proposed award is 06823N0029. The proposed total contract amount is $1,606,210.80.  Any information concerning the provider's performance, as well as any other factors relevant to the proposed contract, may be expressed by contacting Peter Pabon.
