To All Interested Proposers: The Queens Borough Public Library (the “Library”), hereby solicits proposals from experienced and qualified firms and individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Proposers”) in response to this Request for Proposals for Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) Services as further described throughout this RFP. To facilitate communication between the Library and Proposers and to ensure that all Proposers have access to the same information, all information concerning this RFP, including how to submit a proposal, will be posted on the Library’s website at: https://www.queenslibrary.org/about-us/procurement-opportunities . All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted as set forth in the RFP. The Library will post questions and responses on the website.
