In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of one or more of the following golf courses: Pelham/Split Rock Golf Courses in the Bronx, Dyker Beach Golf Course in Brooklyn, Clearview Golf Course in Queens, Douglaston Golf Course in Queens, LaTourette Golf Course in Staten Island, and South Shore Golf Course in Staten Island. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 2:00pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. There are site tours scheduled for each golf course as follows: Douglaston: 03/20 at 1:30 p.m. Clearview: 03/20 at 12:00 p.m. South Shore: 03/27 at 1:00 p.m. LaTourette: 03/27 at 3:00 p.m. Dyker Beach: 03/21 at 2:00 p.m. Pelham Bay/Split Rock: 03/22 at 11:00 a.m. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, April 28, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
