Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following contract:
 
IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and D & J Services, Inc. located at 1200 Zerega Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462; EPIN: 06821P0318007, in the amount of $2,795,520.  The proposed new contract is to provide ADA Compliant- Wheelchair Accessible Buses with a term of May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2026.


The proposed contractor has been selected by means of a Request for Proposals (RFP), pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
