This contract will enable HPD to provide local residential moving and storage services to households upon Agency request when the household's current residence is not habitable either on a temporary or permanent basis. HPD does not possess the personnel, equipment, facilities, or the requisite licensing to provide such services. E-PIN 80623B0022 - Competitive Sealed Bid is being let for one award, for a period of five years, bidding via PASSPort: HTTP://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public Solicitation. Documents are attached to the procurement. A qualified bidder must have the requisite experience providing the type and scale of specified services . The bidder will present pricing for required components of work, based on estimated quantities indicated for each. Bids will be due via PASSPort. Bid security of 5% of the amount bid must be provided. A public bid opening will be held virtually on Webex. Details are provided in the procurement details.
