Human Resources Solutions (HRS) is looking to expand the pool of qualified candidates for job opportunities being offered within the social services industry. By partnering up with LinkedIn, HRS will be able to implement and plan an inclusive of communication, seat holder education, Career Page, change/project management and job strategies on our DSS-HRA-DHS homepages. With long-term committed support, an existing LinkedIn Team will guide HRS to analytically navigate and strategize towards Agency recruitment initiatives through the resources and tools offered by LinkedIn. Additionally, they will assist our internal recruitment team to drive awareness and support operational management for DSS-HRA-DHS. By using the tools offered by LinkedIn the recruiters will be able to better target and connect with potential candidates who may be unaware of the job opportunities being offered within our agencies. All in all, this contract will give HRS access to the following services: Recruiter Services, Job Slots, Career Page, Life Tab and Targeted Ads.
