Description

This contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement and, as part of its bid, the Bidder must submit (1) a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder; and (2) Letters of Assent signed by each of the Bidder's proposed Subcontractors. The Bidder must submit along with its Bid a Letter of Assent signed by the bidder.

The Work to be performed shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and ancillary items necessary and appropriate for the maintenance, repair and replacement of pump-related mechanical systems including but not limited to booster and house pumps

A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 10:30 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend, and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
