Description

This renewal is to continue the Storage of Vital Statistics archives. The Contractor will provide a dedicated space for all New York City Department of Health Mental Hygiene (“DOHMH”) Bureau of Vital Statistics (“BVS”) records in a storage facility that is 100 miles or less from 125 Worth St., New York, NY 10013, meets NARA standards and is located a minimum of five feet above and 100 feet from any 100 year flood or plan area or is protected by an appropriate flood wall that confirms to local or regional building codes. The dedicated space will only contain New York City BVS documents contained in transport cartons on shelves
