Description

Scope of Work:

Part A: Layered Access Control: The scope of work for this contract is to provide material, labor and all incidentals for the repair of existing layered access control and monitoring systems, inclusive of all intercom systems, Electro Magnetic Power Locking Systems (EMPLS) and sensors located within various developments Citywide with a Borough Focus.

Part B: CCTV: The Work includes the supply and installation of all components, specified or not, for a complete and working IP Video Surveillance systems.

Pre-Qualification (PQL): In order to be considered eligible for award, bidders must submit a competitive bid in response to this RFQ as well as be pre-approved for NYCHA’s CCTV Pre-Qualified List prior to bid closing date. In the event the bidder's Pre-Qualification Application is not approved, the bid on file or pending award may be deemed non-responsive. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 10:30 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend, and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
