NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following contract:
 
IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID), located at 11 Columbia Circle Drive, Albany, NY 12203; EPIN: 06823M0001001, in the amount of $523,873.17.  The proposed contract is a Required Method (Preferred Source) contract to provide Landscaping Services with a term of April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2026.

The proposed contract is a Required Method contract (Preferred Source), pursuant to Section 3-01
of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
