Description

The funds for this contract have been provided through a grant from the New York State Office for the Aging under the Department for the Aging's Health Insurance Information Counseling Assistance Program as the lead agency for the Medicare Part D and the Low-Income Subsidy Outreach project. The funds will be used to assist older adults to enroll in the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug program and to reach Medicare beneficiaries likely to be eligible for the Part D Low-Income Subsidy and the Medicare Savings Program. The contract period will be from 09/1/2022 to 08/31/2023.
