Notice of Intent to Issue New Solicitations Not Included in FY 2023 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor will be issuing the following solicitations not included in the FY 2023 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule that is published pursuant to New York City Charter § 312(a):
Agency: Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
Description of Services to be Provided: The contractor, as Building Manager, will be fully responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the New York City Public Health Laboratory facility, including building structures, operating systems, and laboratory support functions. The contractor will furnish all management, administration, labor, materials, supplies, tools, appropriate certifications and technical support necessary to provide full building management and operations. The contractor shall provide an automated facility management system of its own choosing, subject to the approval of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). Currently DOHMH is in the process of implementing the Archibus Facility management system. If the contractor elects to use this system, the contractor must procure the appropriate license for it. All associated costs for information technology equipment, licenses, maintenance and operational expenses for this automated facility management system are the responsibility of the contractor. The DOHMH requires technical support for the effective and timely accomplishment of the following facility management functions including but not limited to: General Building Functions and Laboratory Specific Functions.
