Description

HRA intends to enter into an NAE for one year with the vendor West Harlem Group Assistance to maintain the continuity of services provided at the Oberia D.Demspsey Multi Service Center (MSC), located at 127 W 127th Street, New York, NY 10027, until a new RFP is processed.  The primary responsibilities of the Multi Service Center Sponsors include the coordination of comprehensive services, and a full range of administrative functions geared to insure smooth day to day functioning of the MSC. The MSC contract is a “zero” dollar contract and there are no costs associated with this NAE.
