Description

This RFP builds on the success of the existing Supervised Release program and seeks to enhance the supervision and services provided by (a) centering racial equity and cultural competence in service provision, staffing, and client engagement; (b) encouraging service providers to focus their practices and operations to be responsive and easily accessible to the participants they expect to serve; (c) utilizing evidence-based client engagement practices; and (d) ensuring that program plans include measures for effective implementation and continuous improvement
