Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on  Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 10:00 AM. The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call: Call-in#  1- 929-229-5722; Meeting ID: 711039674#.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Office of the Comptroller and The Bank of New York Mellon, 240 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10286, for the provision of Fiscal Agent, Tender Agent and Escrow Agent Services for all Outstanding City General Obligation Bonds. The value of the contract shall be $614,080.00. The term of the contract will be four years from 4/1/2023 to 3/31/2027 with an option to renew for an additional four years. PIN# 01523ACC62796.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by means of Competitive Sealed Proposal method pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
