Purpose of the SolicitationThe Human Resources Administration’s Office of Child Support Services (“OCSS” or the “Agency”) is seeking an appropriately qualified proposer to assume responsibility for the creation and maintenance of electronic accounting ledgers and other fiscal related data on child support cases. This will be done by reviewing documents and electronic data sheets, case details and performing data entry into the New York State Child Support System known as the Automated State Support Enforcement and Tracking System (hereinafter referred to as “ASSETS”, an online database system developed and administered by the State of New York. The anticipated total maximum available funding will be $10,000,000.00. Proposed Term of the ContractsThe term of the contract will be for 3 years, May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2026, with one (1) option to renew for up to three (3) years. Procurement TimelineThe agency anticipates that the RFx will be released in October 2022. DSS anticipates that contractors will be selected by fall 2022.
