Veritext Stenographic Reporting Services NAE #2 PIN 02522X003233

We would like to do two (2) Negotiated Acquisition Extension contracts for 12 months each as the current extension for stenographic reporting services expired on 4/14/2022 and a new RFP with new awardees to replace the current pool of vendors is not yet in place. The Department is utilizing the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement method under the stenographic reporting services pool in order to continue to provide uninterrupted stenographic reporting services because of the need to maintain continuity of services. This will allow the service to still be available while we continue to finalize awards from the current RFP to have in place for 2023. The contracts resulting from these negotiated acquisition extension procurements will be terminated if the new contract awards are registered prior to the end date of the negotiated acquisition contracts.
