Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between The Board of Elections in The City of New York and Kidault Kar LLC, located at 42 West Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222, to provide temporary After Hour Car Services, Citywide.  The amount of this contract will be $950,000.00.  The contract term shall be from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.  PIN #: 003232023.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Innovative Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-12 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
 

A draft copy of the proposed contract will be available for public inspection at the Office of The Board of Elections in The City of New York, 32 Broadway, 7th Fl., New York, New York 10004, from February 13, 2023 to February 23, 2023, excluding weekends and Holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
