NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Kings County District Attorney’s Office (KCDA) and Center for Justice at Columbia University, located at 615 West 131st Street, NY, New York 10027, to provide professional services for the Bedford-Stuyvesant Collaboration and Restoration Project. This project is a collaboration between KCDA, the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ), Inside Circle, Bridge Street Development Corporation and the NYPD.  The amount of the contract will be $361,296.00.  The term will be from the July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025.  CB 3, Brooklyn.  E-PIN #: 2023400172.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by the Demonstration Project Process, pursuant to Section 3-11 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract will be available for public inspection from January 13, 2023 to January 26, 2023, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, located at 350 Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
